Peacefully in her sleep at Cedarcroft Retirement Home in Stratford on Tuesday August 13th, 2002. Nettie Sands, age 83, formerly of Sarnia, dear wife of the late John Sands (1989). Loving mother of three daughters, grandmother of five and step-grandmother of two. Sister of Ann, Sarnia; Marg, Forest; Dorothy, Toronto and Kay, Sarnia. Mrs. Sands had been a long time member of St. Paul’s United Church, the church choir, the U.C.W. and Christian Endeavour. She was employed for many years with Sarnia Hydro.
