64, of Parish, died Tuesday at his home. He was born in Williamstown, the son of the late Esther and William Barber. He was a four-year Army veteran. He was employed by the Oswego County Highway Dept. and the Town of Albion Highway Dept. He was a self-employed truck driver and logger. Surviving: two sons, Andrew (Bobbie Jo) of Parish and Jason (Sandi) of Lake Wales, Florida; three brothers, Ellsworth of Sandy Creek, Ellwyn of Altmar and Wendell of Anderson, Missouri; several nieces and nephews.
