Wesley was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during WWII.
He is survived by his three children, Danny, Richard (Carrie Smith), and Donna (Jim) Carver, and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
His family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Wilson Park Funeral Home, in Rochester. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Camp Butler National Cemetery where the Inter-Veterans Burial Detail of Sangamon County will conduct military honors.
