Phyllis J. (Cary) Wilbur, 72, of Middlebury Center, died Thursday, April 22, 2004.
Born Feb. 3, 1932 in Blossburg, she was the daughter of the late James H. Cary and Catherine (Rowley) Cary.
She was the wife of Aaron R. Wilbur. Phyllis was a member of the Middlebury Baptist Church, the Baptist Church Women's Circle and enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Surviving are her husband, Aaron; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Mary Wilbur of California City, Calif.; daughter, Kimberly Campbell of Middlebury Center; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Marie Cary of Westfield; sisters and brother-in-law, Rose Dunham of Harrison Valley, Jessie and Ronald Monroe of Tioga; two grandsons, Jason Wilbur, Jeremy Campbell; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends called on Sunday, April 25 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Wellsboro.
Services were held there on Monday, April 26 with the Rev. Alex Perednia officiating.
Interment was made at Fairview Cemetery, Holiday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Middlebury Baptist Church.
