Funeral services for Karen S. Brock Hinson, of New Albany, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 20, at Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, Market Street Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. She died Monday, July 16, 2012, at Norton’s Hospital, Louisville.
She was a native of New Albany and a member of Advent Christian Church in New Albany. She was an employee of Volunteers of America where she worked as a caretaker.
Survivors include a son, Kevin R. Miller, of Utica; daughters, Kristy R. Miller, of Clarksville, and Rebecca S. Angeles, of New Albany; mother, Betty Milliner Brock, of Nashville, Tenn.; brother, David W. Brock Jr., of Georgetown; twin sister, Kathy J. Brock, of Charlestown; sister, Vivian J. Egelhoff, of Nashville, Tenn.; and grandchildren, Brittany, Katie, Nathan, Andres, Gabriel, Misael, Adelina, Sofia and Ian.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Abby Jean Hines; father, David Brock Sr.; and brother, George Brock Sr.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
