Bill H. Simmons, 52, beloved husband, father, "Papa", brother and friend left this world too soon to begin his spiritual life on December 8, 2006.
Born to Henry and Eunice Simmons on February 23, 1954 in Pasadena, Texas. Bill moved to Corpus Christi as an infant. He graduated from Richard M. King High School in 1972 and married his High School sweetheart, Sheila Simmons on September 6, 1974.
He is preceded in death by his niece, Courtney Swift.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Simmons; his children, Shawn and Stefany Simmons, Danielle and Chris Martinez, Zachary and Jennifer Simmons; his grandchildren, Aidan Martinez, Camden Martinez, Ryan Martinez and Nicholas Martinez; his parents, Henry and Eunice Simmons; his in-laws, Jerry and Gail Swift, Sharon Swift, Steven Swift, Spencer and Lisa Swift; his nieces and nephews, Micah Circe', Hannah Circe', Matthew Swift and Maisie Swift; and his brother-in-heart, Travis Murchison. He leaves behind many friends, too numerous to name and his extended loving family at Bay, Ltd.
A memorial service was held Dec. 13 at ill be held at Grace United Methodist Church.
