She was born in Madison on November 19, 1962, the daughter of Richard and JoAnn (Tantillo) Bartz. Lori graduated from Madison Memorial High School in 1981, and was employed at Walgreens (Westgate) for five years. She married Gilbert Burns in 1990. She had resided in Mazomanie for the past three years. Survivors include her husband; parents; a brother Richard; a sister Bridgette; and her grandfather, Thomas J. Tantillo of Madison. Funeral services held at the GNEWIKOW-HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Mazomanie, on Friday, August 14, 1992, with Father Patrick Doherty officiating. Burial in the Mazomanie Cemetery.
