Funeral services for Mrs. Laura C. Neuwirth, 82, of 10464 N. Highway 99, just south of Eight Mile Rd., will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Ninety Nine Christian Church with Rev. Joseph Lagler officiating.
Interment will be in Cherokee Memorial Park under direction of Hale & Bawden, Lodi.
Mrs. Neuwirth died Saturday in her home following a short illness. A native of Indiana, she came to California in 1925 after having lived in Colorado and Missouri. She lived in Eureka until she moved to the local address eight years ago. She was the mother of Ray B. Pollard, operator of Pollard' Chicken Kitchen at the same address as her home on the highway. She also leaves four daughters, Mrs. Esther Nystrom and Mrs. Hazel D. Hutchins, both of Laguna Beach; Mrs. Bernice Carroll, of Auburn; and Mrs. Harveen Gallagher, of Vallejo.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Stella Swain, of Carlotta, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Dzurick, of Sunnyside, Wash.; and two brothers, Lee Heck, of Port Blakely, Wash.; and Frank Heck, of Cherry Grove, Ore.
