Stephen and Mary were from SC per the censuses of their children.
Stephen and Isaac first bought land in Edgefield Co (now Saluda Co), SC, in 1808,
and they seem to have some affiliation with William Bell, who bought there in 1807.
Burrel was born 1802-1805 in SC. (But, one census even cites NC.)
