Late Monday night our beloved Jeremy Lee Hawkins passed into the loving arms of his Lord.
Jeremy was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and grandson.
He is survived by his father, Warren Lee Hawkins, his mother, Michele Myers Weese, his paternal grandmother, Claire Howes, his maternal grandmother, Sandra Newell, his grandfathers, Warren Gue and Richard Hawkins, many brothers and sisters, many step-brothers and step-sisters and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gerry Myers.
A Georgia memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 19th. Visitation with the family will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM and a celebration of his life will follow at 2. Services will be held at Northside Chapel; 12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA, 30075.
Jeremy will be laid to rest in Charlotte, North Carolina in Sharon Memorial park after funeral services to be held at 2:00, September 18th at McEwen Funeral Service – Mint Hill Chapel.
Jeremy will be missed by us all. He was loved by everyone he touched. He was a student at Paul Mitchel, School Esani and worked at Henry’s in Midtown. Jeremy never met a stranger and was always willing to help them if they needed anything. He lit up the room when he walked in with his infectious laugh and bigger than life smile.
He attended Passion Church in Atlanta and loved the Lord.
