Jacqueline O'Connor Mitchell, 48, of Phoenix, AZ died Thursday, September 8, 2016 in an automobile accident in Northern Arizona. Jacquie is survived by her husband David Mitchell and her two sons Thomas and Michael Romanek. Jacquie was the daughter of John O'Connor (deceased) and Margaret O'Connor, sister of Peggy Klein, Patrick O'Connor, Irene Mayberry and Katie O'Connor. Visitation will be from 5-8PM with rosary at 7PM on Thursday, September 15th at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. Mass of the Resurrection will be Friday, September 16th at 11:30am at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, 32648 N.
