A Celebration of the Life of Norris Eugene Williams will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at The Kingdom of God International Ministry of Atlanta, GA. Interment will be held in Lincoln Cemetery, Inc. of Atlanta, GA.
Norris was the son of Huey Williams and the late Roberta Level Williams. He was the husband of Monica Thomas Williams.
