Lois Clay Doggett, 62, of Silver City entered into eternal rest the morning of Saturday Nov. 28 at her home. She was born July 3, 1936 in Alamosa, Colo. Mrs. Doggett was a retired nurse and was a parishioner at St. Francis Newman Center. She was a resident of Grant County for 30 years; 18 of those years were working for her special friend Dr. Stan Seibel. Another special friend was Mr. Bill Dickerson during her 62 years she had many many good friends. Her family members invite friends to visit them at 5:30 p.m. today at Baca's Funeral Chapels where a vigil service will begin at 6. The Rev. Marcos Reyna will officiate. Cremation has taken place at Baca's Mimbres Crematorium has taken place at Baca's Mimbres Crematorium. Survivors include a son Tom H. Clay Jr. and his wife Dee Dee of Silver City; two daughters Terry Clay Roybal and her husband Fred of Silver City and Pamela Clay Gonzales and her husband Andy of Tucson, Arizona; three sisters Dorothy Tinnin of Tucson, Margret Coker of Taft, Calif., and Patricia Petross of Fruita, Colo., 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Carrell in March of this year. Entrusted to the care of Baca's Funeral Chapels.
