MARSHALL, Lynn Crume of Ft. Worth, TX, died in hospice on May 14, 2014. Lynn was born November 30, 1937, in Dayton to Thomas Elder Marshall and Emelyn Lytle Marshall. She was the loving mother of Richard Baumeister, Jr. (Allyson) and Deborah Baumeister Burton, and proud grandmother of Natalie and Bobby Baumeister and Hannah, Danny and Michael Burton, all of whom survive her. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother John, and is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Jim Mulligan of Kettering; her brother, Tom Marshall, of Atlanta; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A proud member of the Oakwood High School Class of 1955, Lynn attended the Sorbonne and graduated from Northwestern University, and was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She lived in Dallas and Ft. Worth, where she could be close to family, for many years. Lynn was a gregarious and gifted storyteller who always loved meeting new people and leaves many long-time friends. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Avenue in Oakwood, at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2014, followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to Lois Abel Teegarden for her constant friendship and support of Lynn over the years. Many thanks also to Nancy Wilson Grower, Bill Oelman, Bud Fasig, Maryann Payne Limmer and Frank Sargent from Lynn's high school class for supporting her through her many illnesses.
