Rose Mary (Anderson) Ward was born on August 9, 1948, the daughter of Bryan Anderson and Nellie Fontanella.
She attended Maplewood and graduated from Hendersonville High School and was a member of Millersville Church of Christ.
Rose worked for the State of Tennessee for 28 years in several different departments including the Department of Revenue, the Department of Corrections, Department of Child Services and the Departments of Mental Health and Title and Registration.
She was 68 years old when she passed away on September 10, 2016.
Preceded in death by her father, she was survived by a daughter and by her mother.
A Celebration of Life Service was held at the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, and burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
