Kenneth Rudolph Whiteside was born December 9, 1939 in the Wilder community of Shelby County, Texas. He was the oldest of six children born to Edison Randolph and Addie Mae Windham Whiteside. He attended school in Timpson and later married Jo Ann Pass and they had four children. Kenneth worked in oil field construction as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He was also a home builder involved in many larger projects. Kenneth loved playing cards, dominoes, hunting, fishing, and traveling. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Steve and Bo Whiteside, children, Connie and Kerry Whiteside, and a granddaughter, Jacy Whiteside.
