Sharon Back Spencer, 66, of Hwy 36,Salt Lick, KY, passed away Tuesday in the St.Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY. Born September 12,1950 in Mt.Sterling,KY. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church,Frenchburg,Ky. She was preceded in death by her parents,Pearl and Mary Peach Lawson Back, three sisters, Maxine Patterson, Betty Ross,Janet Helton,and four brothers, Hershel Back, Virgil Back and two infant brothers.
Surviving are her husband, Phil Spencer of Salt Lick,KY. Three daughters, Theina and Johnny Dean Brown of Frenchburg,KY. Tina and Neal Sexton of Means,KY. Trina and Kenny Hudson of Wellington,KY. One sister, Berchie Whitt of Wellington,KY. Two brothers, Melvin and Treva Back of Hamilton,Ohio. Donald "Duck" Back of Wellington,KY. Five grandchildren, Cheyenna and Chayse Brown, Spencer and Taylor Hudson, and Eli sexton.
Funeral services 1:00pm,Friday September 16,2016 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev.Jess Brewer officiating. Burial in Benson & Craig Cemetery, Frenchburg,KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Thursday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,KY with Randy Halsey,Funeral Director.
