Raymond Albert Bianchi age 80 of Stratford, husband of Antionette (Bongarzone) Bianchi, passed away in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born to the late Antonio and Edith (Santilli) Bianchi. Raymond retired from Remington Arms as a tool setter and was also employed for over twenty years at the P J Murphy Moving Co. Raymond was a veteran of the U. S. Army and served in Korean Conflict and was a member of the Frank C Godfrey Post #12 American Legion in Norwalk. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Maryann of Milford, a son Raymond and his wife Laurie, of Stratford and three grandchildren, Anthony, Christina and Nicholas, two sisters, Barbara Troyan and Esther Beaver of PA. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Gino, Anthony and Pauldo and one sister Alma Belltiere. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. James Roman Catholic Church. Interment with full military honors.
