Bill ‘Pa Bill” Morgan, age 83, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospital in Jacksonville, FL following an extended illness. Mr. Morgan was born on September 18, 1932, in Pearson, GA to the late Willie Morgan and Lessie Smith Morgan.

Survivors include: his wife, Wilma “Jackie” Morgan of Douglas, GA; three sons, David (Carol) Morgan, Timmy (Pam) Morgan, and Terry (Tamara) Morgan all of Douglas, GA; daughter, Gail (Wendell) Grantham of Douglas, GA; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a son, Lamar Morgan, and three brothers.

Funeral Service were held on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Douglas Christian Fellowship with Rev. Leroy Spivey, Rev. Marshall Adcock, and Rev. John Carver officiating. Interment followed at Douglas City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
