He was born August 1, 1949, in Columbia, Mo, to Harold and Louise (Hoffman) Pope. He married Alberta Dennis on March 11, 1995.
Gary is survived by his wife Alberta, of the home; mother Louise Palmer, MO; sister Donna Kay Johns, MO; and brothers Larry Pope, OK and Harold Pope, OK. He was preceded in death by his father.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 15th, at Sunny Slope Cemetery.
