Mrs. Andrews was born Sept. 7, 1924 in Camden, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Rupert A. and Johnnie (Forrest) Phifer.
She married Noal A. Andrews who preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Danny L. and Randy L. Andrews, both of Wilmington; two half-sisters, Sadie Wheatly and Hazel Lowery, both of Tennessee.
Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Elmo Phifer and a half-sister, Jewell Cuff.
Age 82 years.
