Charlotte Parsons, of Thelma, died Jan 17, 2011. Charlotte was born May 20th, 1949, in Johnson County, to George and Dottie Jo (Conley) Williams. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Roger and Jim Williams, and Keith Davis. She is survived by her brother, Gary; two daughters, Kimberly and Deborah (Ron); three grandchildren, Joshua, Paige, and Ashley. Funeral services will be conducted at the Highland Church of Christ. Burial follows in the Curt Stapleton Cemetery at Baker Branch, KY.
