He was the son of Gerry Collamore and Anna Marie (Radzimanowski) Magrath and married Eileen Grace Reith - 07 Jun 1941 - Norwalk Co., Connecticut. His obituary follows:


Gerry Alfred Magrath, 77, a retired vice president and resident of 220 Pickney Road, Winchester, died March 17 at Columbia Health Care. He was the son of Gerry C. and Annie Magrath. Survivors include his wife, Eileen Magrath; three daughters, Patricia Ann Bowen of Prince Fredrick, Maryland, Sheila Davidson of Plain Oak, Texas, and Linda Jones of Fate, Texas; two sons, Gerry John Magrath of South Norwalk, Connecticut, and James David Magrath of Garland, Texas; two brothers, William B. Magrath of Boayman, Maryland, and Fred C. Magrath of Dade City, Florida; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted March 20 at 2 p.m. from Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Walter Norcross and Rev. Scott James officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
