SARAH DOUGHERTY TOMS RIVER Sarah Dougherty (Nee Sugzda), 92 of Toms River formerly of Bayonne passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Chelsea at Toms River. Born in Scotland, Mrs. Dougherty resided most of her life in Bayonne. She was a homemaker. She was parishioner of Bergen Point Community Church, Bayonne. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph; her loving son,Josephand her dear siblings; Mary Bauba, Euphemia Rhodes, John and Duncan Sugzda. She is survived by her loving daughters Janet Fetchko (James) and Christine Funk (John); her dear siblings; Janet LaRocco, Josephine Tomczak, Ann Szyskowski and Joseph Sugzda. She is also survived by her 6 cherished grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. 854 Avenue C, Bayonne on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Staten Island, NY. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 pm.
