Danny A. Goad, 69, of Homer passed away at 3:30 p.m. Friday (Sept. 9, 2016) at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Danny was born Nov. 22, 1946 at Champaign, the son of Dwain and Lucille Goad.

He is survived by his mother.

Danny retired from the University of Illinois in 2002.
