He was born in Lincoln County, TN on April 13, 1938, the son of the late Hugh & Sara Rozar Burns.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, worked at the Williams-Sonoma warehouse and was a member of the Macon Road Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Riverview Memorial Gardens with Don Wallace officiating.
