Mrs. Adah M Bickel, 79, of Auburn died at 7 p.m. Wednesday at her residence.
She was born Nov. 29, 1910, in Barkley, the daughter of Walter and Eliza Sophia Passent Estrop Sr.
She married Clarence O. Bickel in 1929.
Preceding her in death were one sister, Lottie Wallace; and two brothers, William R. and Harry Estrop.
A resident of Auburn since 1929, Mrs. Bickel was a member of First Baptist Church, Virden, and she attended the Virden community schools.
Surviving are her husband, Clarence O.; one son, Marshall of Auburn; one daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Delores) Walkington of Virden; four grandchildren; one brother, Walter F. of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Berry Funeral Home, Auburn, with the Rev. John Rice officiating.
Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery.
