Zachary Ryan Henderson, 18 of Utica, OK passed from this life on September 1, 2016 at his home. He was born on October 13, 1997 in Durant, OK, the son of Curtis Eudene and Laura Faye (Malone) Henderson.
Zachary attended Calera, Rock Creek and Bennington schools. He was a member of FFA and played basketball and baseball. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and collecting knives. Zachary also loved spending time with his family and friends. He worked at Choctaw Casino. Zachary was of the Baptist Faith. He will be remembered fondly, and dearly missed by all that knew him.
Zachary is survived by his parents, Curtis and Laura Henderson of Utica; brothers, Dakota Hammond and wife, Tiffany, and Cameron Hammond, all of Utica, and Caleb Phillips of Calera; sister, Caroline Bennett and husband, Jonathan of Henrietta, OK; grandparents, Dusty and Laurie Henderson of Calera, and Ronnie and Dellena Malone of Albany; uncles, Ronnie Malone, Jr. and wife Laura of Pottsboro, TX, and Eugene Henderson of Albany; aunts, Jennifer Malone of Durant, Shelly Henderson of Calera and Angela Ross of Durant; nephews, Derek, Kade, Caleb Henry and Jeremy; niece, Alicia; cousins, Malorie and Alyson Malone, Marina and Lane Henderson, Gaven Rachel and Logan Ross and many extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Bennington High School Gymnasium with Pastor Jay Perry officiating. Interment will follow at Bokchito Cemetery with Dakota Hammond, Cameron Hammond, Caleb Phillips, Justin Whittenburg, Jim McGee, Justin McGee, Gaven Rachel and Todd Amend serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Malone Jr. and Eugene Henderson. The family will receive friends at Brown's Funeral Home on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
