Funeral services were held at the Bethel Methodist church Monday for Mrs. Joseph Register, 41, of Shreveport who died Saturday at the home of her father J. A. Kolb in Logansport
Mrs Register who had lived in Shreveport since 1939 died as the result of heart attack while she and her husband were visiting her father.
She was born in Shelby County Texas and was reared in Logansport. Mrs Register was a member of the Queensborough Baptist church in Shreveport.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters Marilyn and Jo Ann of Shreveport; her father; four sisters, Mrs. J. D.Kelly of Houston, Mrs Tressie Verde of Odessa, Texas., Mrs Reesie Gilland of Monroe, and Mrs Nina Cheatham of Pensacola Fla.; three brothers Orie T Koilb of Logansport, Waymon E Kolb of Houston and Edwin Kolb of Price, Texas.
