WALTER WILLIAM COOK
Of Gospel Hollow, near Bellwood, of route 220, died unexpectedly this morning at 7.50 o'clock at his home. He was born January 23, 1894, in Altoona, a son of Jesse and Ella (Johns) Cook. He married Elizabeth Wertz, 16 years ago. Surviving are his wife and one daughter, Betty Ann; these brothers and sisters, Anthony of Pittsburg, Donovan of Florida, John of Bellwood, Jesse, Jr., of Cumberland, Md., Mrs. Margaret Struble of Florida, Mrs. Bertha Fox of California, Mrs. Martha Muak of North Hollywood, Calif., and Gertrude Smith of Altoona. Mr. Cook was a member of the Methodist church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Bellwood aerie 1859. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, after 7 o'clock Tuesday evening.
