KELLY, Rebecca Ann Myers, age 63, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 at Garden Manor Retirement Village where she had resided for five years. She was born September 17, 1951 in Middletown and lived here all her life. She graduated from Lemon-Monroe High School class of ’69 and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Miami University. Rebecca was employed as a RN at Middletown Regional Hospital/Atrium Medical Center for over 25 years, retiring in 2009. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, a member of Lemon-Monroe Marching Band, was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of West Chester Symphony Orchestra where she played the clarinet. Preceding her in death by her parents, Thomas and Catherine Joan (Boone) Myers. She is survived by one daughter, Catherine “Catie” Muniz, husband Nicholas; two grandchildren, Sophia and Isaac; and one sister, Dr. Mary Moran, husband John. Visitation will be Monday August 24, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 noon with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, Middletown.
