Frank Lee Fowler "Junior", 87, of Sedalia, joined his Lord Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Golden Age Living Center in Stover, MO. Frank was born on March 31, 1929 in Saline County, MO the second son of Frank Lee and Ruby Edna (Martin) Fowler, who preceded him in death.

On December 20, 1949 in Sedalia, Frank was joined in marriage with Lissalou Bayly, who joined her Lord on December 3, 1992. On April 16, 1997, Frank married Mable Reeves Riley in Miami, Oklahoma. Frank was a lifelong mechanic and proud member of Parkview Christian Church where he served as a deacon, elder, and member of the church board.

As a child of the Depression, Frank traveled the dusty roads of the Midwest on foot with his father, mother, and beloved older brother, Jack. This unique childhood provided him with the survival skills he would later share as a legacy with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank loved to fish, work in his garden, read his Bible, restore antique tractors, and spend time with his family. He knew every bird by its song and tree by its leaf, and could noodle the biggest catfish from under a log without blinking an eye. He lead by example and also taught his daughters how to mow grass the "right" way, his grandsons how to be wise, good fathers and was known by all as the most humble, God fearing man they knew.

Frank is survived by his wife, Mable; four daughters, Donna White (Jim); Louisa Bolinger (Kent); Nina Kaiser (Chris); Donna Brown (Danny); and one sister, Lura Wasson (Gary); eleven grandchildren, Larry (Jan), Jamee, Kristen (Colman), Tamara (Joel), Shelby (Shannon), Mark, Nathan (Jessica), Lindsey, Mary (Chuck), Hayden, Elizabeth, and Kehynan; eleven.5 great-grandchildren, James (Amber), Lauren, Lissalou, Connor, Julia, Jacob, Haley, David, Baylee, Mark, Zachary and Charlotte in October; two great-great-grandchildren, Brayton and Lainey; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Besides his parents and first wife, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, Jack; a sister, Ruby; and his mother and father in-law, Melissa and Herb Lindsey.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2016 at Parkview Christian Church with the Reverend Rodney Brown officiating. Honorary pallbearers are his grandsons, Larry, James and Brayton Yeager, Shelby and David Smith, Mark A. and Mark Waller, Nathan Waller and Zachary Clement, Lindsey and Hayden Kaiser, Kehynan Brown, Jacob Motley, and Connor Blair.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. There will be no graveside service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Show Me Christian Youth Home in care of Heckart Funeral Home or the church.
