Brenda Louise Williams Steele, 66, of Chattanooga passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at her residence. Brenda was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was a graduate of Rossville High School. She was born March10, 1950 to the late John and Barbara Phillips Williams. A brother, Robert Williams also preceded her in death.
She enjoyed flowers, watching her grandchildren play ball, spending time with her family, and was an avid animal lover.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Donald Eugene Steele, daughters, Dee Dee Steele, Amy (Eric) Ott, grandchildren, Carissa Ott, and Brooklynn Ott. Mother in law, Louise Steele, Brothers and sisters in law, Lloyd (Pat) Steele, Linda Bowen, Bueford (Peggy) Genter, Patricia Steinmann, Lisa Ridge, and Richard Steele. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be conducted 2:00p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Mission Glenn Baptist Church located at 2125 Happy Valley Road Rossville, GA. 30741. Interment will follow at a later date in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family requests no flowers.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
