Debra L. Phillips, 57, Indianapolis passed away on September 4, 2016. Debra was a long-time certified insurance specialist for State Farm agent Phil Kunkel in Indianapolis. Debra loved yard work and gardening, shopping, arts and crafts, and ceramics.
Survivors include her loving parents, Richard and Wanda Phillips; loving brother Michael (Freida) Phillips; aunts Norma Dennis and Eva Pike; uncle Arlis Elliott; nephew Jeremy Phillips; and several cousins.
Visitation will be held in G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis on Thursday, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. An additional visitation will be held in Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home in Richmond, KY, on Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the service immediately following.
