Son of Birney S. Fullington and Helen Mary Chadwick, Christopher attended the Saint Johnsbury Academy in Vermont and was a 1902 graduate of Dartmouth College. In 1910 his residence was in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada. In 1918 and 1920 he was employed by a mining company in Thane, Alaska. In 1930 he was a clerk in a copper mill at Hurley, New Mexico. In 1940 he was a warehouse clerk at Hurley, New Mexico.
