Leon D. Kimbrough, 85, of Gladstone, MO, passed away peacefully, Mon., Sept. 5, 2016. Memorial services will be 11:00 Fri., Sept. 9, 2016 at Linwood Baptist Church, 611 NE 69th Street, Gladstone, MO 64118. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Leon was born Nov. 17, 1930, in Clay Center, KS the son of Charles L and Eva Kimbrough. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Don, Vaughn and Bruce. Leon is survived by his wife Cheryl, four children; Susan (Mike) Ford, Kally (Forrest) Bryant, Scott (Nancy) Kimbrough and Laurie (Jonathan) Carter, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
