Kimberly A. "Kim" Hamilton, 56, a lifelong Rush County resident passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2016 at her home in Arlington.

Kim was born in Rushville on Sept. 10, 1959 to William and Evelyn (Carlile) Lacy. She was a Rushville Consolidated High School, Class of 1978 graduate.

Kim married David Hamilton on June 28, 1980 and he survives. Kim had worked at Shane Diamonds and in Banking. She has been a housewife and homemaker for the last several years. Kim enjoyed going to casinos and loved animals.

In addition to her husband David, Kim is survived by her mother, Evelyn Lacy of Orange; a niece, Danielle; a nephew, Dustin and companion Brittany; 2 great nephews; and a great niece.

Kim was preceded in death by her father, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Friends are welcome to visit from 11 a.m. until the time of service that same day at the mortuary. Pastor John Wall will preside.

Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
