Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM Newton County Funeral Home- South followed by funeral services in the chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Ridge Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawrence, MS. Bro. Brent Parks will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Wheeler; parents, Algie Jordan Wheeler and Mattie Mae Wheeler.
Survivors include his brother, Wayne Edward Wheeler (Ruthie), Bremen, GA; sister, Alice Dianne Lewis (Aleasge), Jackson, MS; sister-in-law, Cynthia K. Arthur (Carr); sister-in-law, Judy Burton, brother-in-law, Ricky Graves (Sylvia).
