MERIDIAN — Services for Richard Franklin Wilson, 62, 1535 East First, Meridian, who died Monday at a Boise hospital after an illness, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Meridian LDS Church by Bishop James Bassett. Interment will be at Terrace Lawn Cemetery.

He was born March 16, 1904, in Idaho Falls. He married Fayetta Valentine there on Nov. 10, 1925. He was manager of a Safeway store for 12 years and later owned and operated his own grocery store in Ogallala, Neb. He moved with his family to Meridian in 1958. He owned and operated Meridian Realty until ill health forced him to retire. He was a member of the LDS Church and served on the North Boise Stake High Priests Quorum.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Faye Wilson, Meridian; two sons, Martell and Stanley Wilson, both of Boise; a sister, Mrs. Konna Knighting of Idaho Falls; two brothers, Hamlet and Walter Wilson, both of Rigby; and 14 grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Joanne Waltman, died in November of 1965.

Friends may call at Relyea Chapel in Boise this evening, or at the Meridian LDS Ward Chapel from noon Thursday until time of services.
