Hubert Eugene Sowell, 74, of Center, passed away Friday, July 14, 2006 at a Nacogdoches hospital. He was born March 23, 1932 in Arcadia, Texas to Kelly & Ruby Sowell. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 16, 2006 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Interment to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
Survivors include: Wife, Martha Sowell of Center. Son, Van Sowell of Center. Grandsons: Jason Sowell of San Augustine. Casey Sowell of San Augustine. Joey Sowell of Hemphill.
