Ellabell – Douglas Eugene Hodges, 61, of Ellabell, Ga., died Saturday 10-02-2010 after a short illness. He is preceded in death by twin children Mary and Marty Hodges; his father, Ray Hodges and a brother, Larry Hodges. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Hodges of Ellabell, Ga.; three children, Michael Hodges, Ashley Hodges and Eric Hodges of Garden City, Ga.; four step-daughters, Sandra Moore, Elizabeth Nieves, Kimberly Gregory and Jennifer Peny; his Mother, Frankie Hodges of Port Wentworth, Ga.; two sisters, Evelyn Patten of Babson Park, Fla., Olivia Hodges of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two brothers, Herschel Hodges of Rincon, Ga., and Tony Hodges of Lakeland, Fla.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation:1:00 – 2:00 pm Friday at First Baptist Church in Port Wentworth, Ga.
Memorial Service: 2:00 pm Friday at First Baptist Church in Port Wentworth with Rev. Ralph Rollins officiating.
