Found a family tree that I believe to connect Pennell's, Foster's, Inglee's and the Gilson's.
William Eaton Pennell born Dec 7, 1814, Litchfield, Kennebec, Maine died June 10, 1868 Maport, Washington, Maine. He was the son of Isaac Cotton Pennell784-186 and Mary Elizabeth Edgecomb 1792-1847. William married Sarah M Kelly 1821-1909 and had the following children:
1. Sarah Bernice Pennell 1844Machiasport-1908 Machias who married George Harris Foster 1844-1912. Sarah and George had 2 girls: Corrie E. Foster 1873-1942 and Gertrude M. Foster 1876.
2. Corris Ann Pennell 1845 Machiasport-1908 Machias who married Andrew Rogers Gilson 1840-1918 and they had 4 children: Fred Pennell Gilson 1867-1917, Emery Graves 1869-1930, Harry Lee Gilson 1871, and Lester Roy Gilson 1878-1880.
