Charlene was born in Oglesby, Texas, Jack and Irene (French) McNeely. She was a nursing assistant and eventually provided home care for the sick and elderly. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, quilting and was an exceptional seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Reeves, of China Spring; daughter, Joyce Wittschen and husband, Albert, of Florida; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Jackie Roberson and husband, Kenneth, of Lorena and Mary Ann Bone, of McGregor; and brothers, Floyd McNeely and wife, Helen, of Turnersville and Charles Campbell, of Turnersville.
