Charles Colaman Geouge, age 56, of Dale Road in Spruce Pine died Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Hospice House of Rutherfordton County in Forest City, NC.

Born on January26, 1960 in McDowell County, he was the son of the late Clarence Tom and Ella Jean Wyatt Geouge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister; Sheila Kay Geouge and Maternal and Paternal grandparents.

Charles was a Leech operator for many years at Unimin Mining Industries. He loved to spend his time fishing and deer hunting.

The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence at the funeral service honoring the life of Charles Geouge on Tuesday, September 06, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Webb Funeral Home with the Rev’s. Kent Murphy and Bobby McKinney officiating. A time to support the family, share memories and receive friends will be on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 2:00 pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Strawbridge Cemetery in Newdale.
