Connie was born to Conrad L. and Marjorie Marie Baker Cummings. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Toledo, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Mansfield. She had also been a active member of ADAPT.
She is survived by her father and step mother, Conrad L and Wanda Cummings of Mansfield; two sisters Deborah (Ernie) Bowen and Tami Finley both of Ashland; two brothers Dennis Cummings of Loudonville; and Darrin Dillon of Daytona Beach, Fl.; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother; one sister Cheryl Cummings and one brother Markie Dillon.
