Jerry was born March 30, 1942 in Danville, Illinois to Harold and Felicia Grace Wilson. He married Suzanne Strako on March 22, 1968 in Danville. She survives. Also surviving are: two sons: Philip (Laurie) Bernardi and Bryan Page; two daughters: Nicole (Donald) McMasters and Tara (Steve Turner) Bray; three brothers: Harold Page of Westville, William (Linda) Page of Missouri, and Donald (Jane) Page of Westville; eight grandchildren: Kameron Bernardi, Samuel Bernardi, Jacob Page, Jesse Page, Paige McMasters, Donald McMasters, Hannah Bray, & Madison Thornton; one great-grandson: Joyce Page; two special cousins: Donna Kinney & Gloria Mariage; and one special niece: Susan Page. He was preceded in death by his parents, special uncle: Donald Wilson, and aunt: Dorothy Wilson-Shelto.
Jerry attended Westville Schools and graduated from Westville High School. He served in the US Navy. He worked at General Motors and retired from Bohn/Heat Craft. He loved spending quality time with all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed spending countless hours working in his yard, mushrooming, and was an avid Cubs fan.
Funeral mass 10:30 am Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Westville, Illinois with Father Timothy Sauppe officiating. Burial in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Westville.
