Rites Held Tuesday for M. A. McCluskey---


Funeral services for Marion A. McCluskey, 81 years old, who died Sunday morning, March 5, at his home in Dill City were held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon March 7 at Dill City school auditorium. Officiating at the rites were the Rev's Tom Bolton of Reed, formerly pastor of the First Baptist church at Dill City, and the Rev. Jerry Thomas, pastor of the Cumberland Presbyterian church at Burns Flat.


Burial was made in Lawnview cemetery. Pallbearers were Homer Ensey, Ray Taylor, Jesse Allums, Warren Bookout, Jess Linn, and Richard Walgamott.


McCluskey is survived by his wife*; two sons, Clarence McCluskey of Wewoka and Curtis McCluskey of Sacramento, California; and four daughters, Mrs. Frank Wheeler of Dill City, Mrs. Odell Sluder of Clinton, Mrs. Loyd Leach of Fort Worth, Texas and Mrs. Donald Duncan of Covina, California.

*NOTE: 2ND wife was Margaret "Maggie" A. Moore McCluskey.
