Muriel Marjorie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Merriam, was born November 5, 1892, and died February 5, 1938, at the age of 44 years and 3 months.
She lived all her life in and near Hubbell, except for a short period when she lived near Hebron and Fairbury.
She and Frank Ellis Crane were married at Belleville, July 15, 1909. He passed away September 12, 1930; and their son Frank Jr., died in infancy. Their daughters, Hazel, Bernice and Mrs. Doris Germer, survive.
Her father, A. C. Merriam, her brother, J. M. Merriam, and her sisters, Mrs. Kitty Young and Mrs. Bertha Morford, are living in Hubbell; and her twin sister, Mrs. Myrtle Dawson, and her sister, Mrs. Rose Hardin, both of Wallace, Neb., also survive.
Funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church of Hubbell, and were conducted by the Pastor, the Rev. Forest A. Heizer.-Chester Herald
