Marie Angeline Davalos, daughter of Samuel Davalos and Marie Snow, was born while her father was in the Army. I'm not sure on the location.
The story goes that she caught "sleeping sickness" and died just before her second birthday. She was perhaps living in New Mexico when she died. Her mother held her dead body on the train ride from there to West Virginia where she was laid to rest. I have not located a birth or death certificate on her so I can't confirm those locations.
Marie is buried in the SNOW family plot of four graves. She is buried beside her Aunt Beatrice and across from her grandparents, Henry and Margaret Snow. Her last name is misspelled on her grave marker.
