SCOTLAND NECK -- Mary Little Alston, 73, died Sunday, April 24, 2005.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at Littleton Presbyterian Church with Dr. Ed. Conner, Rev. David Smith and Pastor John Proctor officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Littleton.
Mrs. Alston was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Francis O. Alston. She was a Lay Pastor in New Hope Presbytery, serving various churches. She was also a retired school teacher, having taught for 28 years in the public school system.
Survivors: sons, Francis Oliver " Frank" Alston and wife, Paula, Norfolk, VA, Stephen Andrew Alston and wife, "Diddy", High Point, NC, Thomas David Alston, Littleton, NC; brother, James F. Little, Big Spring, TX; grandchildren, Allison, Kristi, and William Oliver Alston.
Family will receive friends at Sunny Hills Cemetery, immediately following the services.
